QUOTATIONS

We do not undertake any in-house work or assignment without a clear contract which defines the costs and terms of reference.

FEES

Fees are based upon that first study but will vary according to the service level taken up by the client. Additionally there may be provisions to charge for variations from that original beyond agreed parameters.
Prompt attention is given to any enquiry, without attaching importance or priority, but we do prefer to provide thorough answers. This may require that we respond through a return call or email.

Great emphasis is placed on recognising the point at which an enquiry has to be referred to the client for discussion or a decision.

ONLINE FEES
