We provide a complete range of accountancy, taxation and bookkeeping services.We particularly believe that ONLINE BOOKKEEPING and ACCOUNTS are so flexible that they have become an important and growing part of our services.

  5. Our fee contract gives training and continuous online/telephone support to ensure that the records are kept up to date and to the agreed level.

  1. We have access to the system at all times through the password levels as agreed at the outset with the client.
  2. We provide that essential professional backup which ensures that the detail entered meets accounting standards and that the reports produced are suitable and of a high and accurate standard.

Who are our clients ?

  1. A wide variety of businesses for whom we provide the full document entry service with the client being provided with reports, printed by the client, to meet all needs such as keeping up to date with the business performance, meetings with management, banks etc.
  2. Clients who provide the majority of the online bookkeeping themselves but rely on us to ensure that the records are accurate and that their staff have some ongoing accountancy support.
  3. All those in between 1 and 2.
  4. Businesses who have their own established accountants for year end, audit and taxation work who just need to ensure that what is presented to them is fit for the purpose. Auditors/Accountants are free to access the records when required and we work with them and make no attempt to takeover their role with the client.
  5. RECORDMASTER LIMITED is an associate of LONGFORD, HOPE and CO ( Accountants ) but it contracts separately with clients for its own specific services and LONGFORD, HOPE & CO is only involved in final accounts and taxation if specifically referred to in the contract.
